Our Build Team is involved from the beginning of the project and stays involved through close-out. We use the most relevant tools, technologies and processes to keep project costs down while maintaining the overall project goals and objectives.
Our Build Services
Pre-Construction
During the design phase and before construction begins, our Build Team reviews the plans and evaluates the materials selections. They share their expertise and experience with our Design Team and recommend time and cost saving options to keep the project on track.
Construction
Once the construction drawings and selections are complete, we then finalize the construction contract. Our Build Team establishes the construction schedule and coordinates with local authorities obtain the necessary permits and approvals to start construction. We continually review and evaluate design drawings and construction costs to ensure that the project stays on time and on budget.

Post-Construction
Our commitment to you doesn't end just because construction is complete. Before we hand over the keys and leave the site, we provide you with a project manual complete with project documentation, photos, record drawings, O&M manuals and warranties. We take pride in maintaining a solid relationship with our clients long after the project closes out.
